They are not even paying my salary...just after 2 months they started pressurizing for work...I got sick but they did not consider that too...Nishreen was my manager....very rude and helpless...Yashika HR never responds on call...once she responds to drop a mail...which is also done but no response on mail and call for FNF.

They do not give salary to work from home employees...no motivation...my training was really good with Ayush sir but not after that.

I can connect to many people,no geographical restrictions but company is not giving us payment so no motivation to work.its most important part which is totally dissatisfying

...s so we are discontinuing our classes so students are also not getting classes.and no reply regarding salary issue.they want social worker to teach.but they are not clearing giving fake promises that you will get paid

No work ethics no appreciation for your efforts and achievement, they do the fake commitments for appraisal and salary hike. No matter if you're a senior manager or Avp keep checking your email before leaving for work becouse giving you surprise termination email and if you haven't got then you've to be ready for such circumstances.

They have not created my 24 days salary and incentives.Its around 6 months still they have not cleared my f&f. Following on email from 24th July 2023. Manager ( Amit GORAIN) ,HR (Yashika Daryanani) Not responding to mails. Brand head UPSC pathshala (Himani Verma) Asking to don't disturb. They have Terminated my without any notice or Information. Not even given my Relieving Letter.

Nothing worst company My incentives worth 12k and 20k salary is pending they never gonna pay that.

They won't pay you your money, they pay only on 15 of the upcoming month and if you resign then forget about your money they will never pay .The HR Yashika is worst.The incentive your earn they never pay. The company works on deduction only. Real School is worst the parents who get enrolled keep complaining about the classes as Operations team is not their only .You need to work not only on sales but work as Customer service also.
