Company will provide opportunity to change your domain and to enhance core skills. All employees are treated as equal and appreciate individual idea. Forecast and leadership skills will improve here. Managers are very supportive and no much politics. Most of the things are transparent and very straight goal.

The work environment is very good and all team mates are co-operative. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I am happy that i am part of UEI. I am very much happy about the HRIS policies in UEI.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
