Compensation is decent but growth is very slow that's why I would like to see my self after few years a good design job profile in repoted organisation.

udoyogini basically a ngo. They provied traning to improve our skill like stitching applique etc .

udyogini a ngo soecial rural development and i just want more salary but they are not given i was really work hard so i m expecting a lot that was reason lleft the job.

Less focus on marketing the products. I mean to say that before launching any product, verify the market for selling that products.

It was a great place to work but then to establish the organisation name in a huge competitive city like Mumbai the company should have due trust and faith in an employee working single handedly here to establish the organisation name nd brand Regards Tushar Pandit

We felt that the best of Udyogini organization was that even when there was a lockdown at the time of Kovid-19, people were sitting and given salary.
