Though I have resigned and now working as Freelance consultant, I would say that this organization is one of the best in terms of providing space, freedom, mentoring and coaching to pursue your interest areas that are compatible with women economic empowerment. The space and freedom is many times misused for personal gains thereby creating bottleneck and barriers in growth of the employee, team and organization. Unfortunately, the board (apex policy making body) is utterly confused about its role i.e. governance Vs consultant.
