The space and freedom is many times misused for personal gains thereby creating bottleneck and barriers in growth of the employee, team and organization. Unfortunately, the board (apex policy making body) is utterly confused about its role i.e. governance Vs consultant.

udoyogini basically a ngo. They provied traning to improve our skill like stitching applique etc .
