Here is No Work-life Balance , and most of the time you realise uncomfortable because Here is no free time for your personal works most of your 90 percent Sundays were busy on concall and official meetings

There is good atmosphere and our managers are good and always help of my and salary also descent..

1. Less Job security 2. You can see Sudden changes anytime and by anyone. 3. Learning and growth opportunities are limited and are not transparent.

...gement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.
