i learn too much from here warehouse environment was fabulous salary on time it was growing but due to some reason we have to come back from this

too much pressure from morning 5 to till 10 pm i was working and still it didn't complete i was selected for Sr MIs but at last i was working as a loader........

Here is No Work-life Balance , and most of the time you realise uncomfortable because Here is no free time for your personal works most of your 90 percent Sundays were busy on concall and official meetings

All is well Company are going to right direction for future and company policies also good.. I am satisfied with udaan..

There is good atmosphere and our managers are good and always help of my and salary also descent..

... Teammates are support there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is bound of 2 years before wich you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company is good. But the management is very worst. They cut the all lower level employees benefits to show the profit to Company.

There is no hike no promotions no working time limits no overtime price no bonus. They didn't provide anything
