There is no Job security.. In Guwahati location they closed their business but at least they should inform their Market Managers before that. No prior notification they suddenly shut down the business and informed the employees.

...the sales person is resolved quickly, this is the thing that bothers me a lot. There is a lot of discipline regarding salary in the company, only one person has timely salary, no matter what day it is, there is only one person, the date is fixed, it is spent in that date, he has worked here for less than 4 years, at any time.

There is shortage of product, as if one wants to sell but the product is not working, then one should pay a little attention to it and there is a lot of issue, buyer's waay is sometimes not solved.

Good work organization.teammates are supportive and managenment is transparent.copmany policies are good, appreciate are fair and they give good salary hike and bouns every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Three is a bound of one years before which you can not resign.On the job training is not given to new joiness.

...nagement is territory. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good work environment and culture ,asli got growth and salary hike but when we need support form company in a covid 9 time they had layoff us ..Very disappointed with company dession
