...the sales person is resolved quickly, this is the thing that bothers me a lot. There is a lot of discipline regarding salary in the company, only one person has timely salary, no matter what day it is, there is only one person, the date is fixed, it is spent in that date, he has worked here for less than 4 years, at any time.

There is shortage of product, as if one wants to sell but the product is not working, then one should pay a little attention to it and there is a lot of issue, buyer's waay is sometimes not solved.

No Career growth Sales officer salary is not good as per other company . Sales office is bone of this company But company invest only on only higher level employee.

Here is No Work-life Balance , and most of the time you realise uncomfortable because Here is no free time for your personal works most of your 90 percent Sundays were busy on concall and official meetings

...afeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policy are good, appreciate are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

the management address our issues salary is decent but career growth. on the job training is a to new joinees.
