No personal life, no timing of work, in the roster you will get sat and sun fixed off but actually you will get only 1 off, no timings of office you need to work more then 9-10 hrs unhygienic work place

...ve our best. Basically, company policies are very good and get bonus every year. I would like to request to increase monthly salary as possible.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Best part of udaan job, you get the job in your home town nd salary is average.

Worst Management level, nothing extra benifit job security is zero , third party payroll, skills development is nothing, also career growth nd company culture.

The salary structure is overall good and paid on time.They give salary hike.

Dislikes

Lots and lots of miscommunication and politics. Management and seniors doesn't address the issues. They can fire you any time they wish for or force you to leave the job. Training is not given to new joinees. Working timing is not what is being told.They will make you work overtime(12hrs) which is not paid. No benefits and no career growth. Politics is more than working environment. Harassment is done to employees by the seniors.
