Bad work life balance. Not adequate headcount so existing workforce is overloaded and management does not care because even VP is overloaded. Don't join if you want mental peace.
... them 3-4 times. Over working is expected and appreciated. No work life balance. Despite working long hours, compensation given is very less. Requests for basic things like chair and monitor weren't approved by the managers citing low budget.
No skill set development. Team focus is on getting the tasks executed irrespective of whether the intuition behind the process is well understood or not.
Unique people culture and leadership. Managers and directors know the nuts and bolts of the process and systems. So they can understand the challenges and difficulties faced by subordinates. They don't force anyone, only challenge the subordinates, that too reasonably.
