Focus more on qualification than output. Too many CAs at high level positions, so discriminate employees based on CA and Non CA rather than performance. Firm need to improve on diversity and inclusiveness

Senior and mid level management is worst and manipulative. Whistle blowers are not treated with respect or not get any safety. When i raised long going quality manipulations then got fired in recent RIF activity.

The Policies and compensation are good and has a competitive work environment. The carrer growth normally depends on the Project in which you work but is generally good. The work environment is really good.

not seeing much opportunity to grow in my team

Location of the company is good. Parental health insurance option is good, though CS charges 30000 per parent a year but still having an option to opt is giod

Dislikes

... people spoiling their years just to do stuff which adds 0 value to their life No proper compensation to senior level people. For Credit-Suisse people are not assets but liabilities and this is talked openly i the company. Senior management is more keen getting their objectives worked without even caring for work life balance of the employee.
