While entering this organisation try to negotiate for better position and salary, once you are in you should be very lucky to have growth in this organisation. Really poor in giving growth opportunities to its employees.
Senior and mid level management is worst and manipulative. Whistle blowers are not treated with respect or not get any safety. When i raised long going quality manipulations then got fired in recent RIF activity.
The work culture and climate is terrible. The entire organization doesn't understand team work and because everyone just looks after themselves which is how the management is the culture and the work ethics are horrible.
Poor talent recognition. Employee skillset, experience and education is not taken into consideration when offering salaries and position . Managers bully employees into accepting lower salaries and position
