TVSCS is a good company, HR and Management team is very good and co-operative. You will get good ratings and Increment yearly if you work too hard for the company. Software and process is very good and maintain good customer service comparing to other NBFC.

Dislikes

There is no compensation for extra time work, month ends are very horrible, sometimes you should work till morning. Extra work loads. No annual bonus program for employees.

... ,on average no proper Activities in company ,Gud culture management also ok... company policies are gud but salary is in average..

There is no proper particular job training staff and there is lot of political games were no body else resolved issues goin in company...no proper season activites held in the company..

Only pay and job security is to be liked nothing else here to be liked especially when you are non tamil person.

Can’t share is one list. Just want to let you know that if you are working in TVS Credit. Your personal life is gone. You don’t have weekends, offs nothing. You always be side lined if you are non tamil speaking they always give preference to thier peoples only.

concall starts at 7:00 in the morning? Who call be your senior at any time till 12:00 in the night.There are no holidays here. You will have to work every day, Sunday or Saturday event on national holidays these people get the work done by giving maximum incentives.The seniors here have no logic. They will only abuse you. They will make you work under pressure.There is no work culture here. There is no corporate culture. Everyone here works under pressure till late night.The first company I saw was where even the HR manager worked till 1:00 in the night.
