A great place to work with family like colleagues. Definitely I can say it as Tuteck Family as because of its friendly atmosphere, decent enough work culture, supportive core team and senior team, no micromanagement, no toxicity or bad politics. They used to maintain very transparency in everything related to any work or responsibilities.

The company promotes the learning culture and also have a supportive leadership with in depth technical knowledge who is always willing to share their knowledge.

Dislikes

Nothing alarming, only lacking is the Lift facilities, but right now they have sitting capacity in the ground floor which reduces the problem. But being a growing startup it is understandable.

Work environment is very friendly, very nice office culture. Everyone specially the management is very supportive, very helpful and understands and respects the work and appreciates the employees for their dedication. It's the best workplace I have ever seen, and I'm really blessed to be a part of the TuTeck family.
