I have Been working with Tuteck for the past 2 years, and it has been a great journey so far. During this time i have had the opportunity to learn new technologies and explore various aspects of my role. A great place to work with family like colleagues. Definitely I can say it as Tuteck Family as because of its friendly atmosphere, decent enough work culture, supportive core team and senior team, no micromanagement, no toxicity or bad politics. They used to maintain very transparency in everything related to any work or responsibilities.

The company promotes the learning culture and also have a supportive leadership with in depth technical knowledge who is always willing to share their knowledge.

Dislikes

Nothing alarming, only lacking is the Lift facilities, but right now they have sitting capacity in the ground floor which reduces the problem. But being a growing startup it is understandable.
