Lots of underhanded stuff happens in this company where Seniors and higher ups take advantage of the people under them, treat them as if they aren't even employees as if we're doing them a favor by being there. HR is pathetic and the communication and so called on-boarding is a complete garbage. They pay a graduate around 15-20 lakhs while they low ball experienced engineers as low as 50-60k.

Dislikes

They salary is bad, the work-life balance is not at all good, the people you work with are terrible especially the higher ups who walk around with their noses too high. Communication is terrible.

Nothing. Smelly office, ridiculous management, worst HR team I have ever seen and absolutely no profiling of the management appointing as bosses.

Here's a suggestion. Stay unemployed but don't go in Turtlemint. Trust me, I am quitting in less than a month and I don't care about the salary even.

The senior level managers who dont behave with agents with disrespectful, under my managers i work i feel like am going to school, dont talk to this person, dont chit chat with other member of team.

It totally depends upon the manager, my manager in Turtlemint is very polite and supportive and because of that workplace feels better. If you work hard, you surely will get the benefits

...iased and this is one of the major reason that I am searching for a new job. Also there is extremely less paid leaves in a FY, no bonus, no perks at all
