1) Job security 2) There is a Communication gap between seniors and juniors because they are in different time zones. 3) If there is no work, they will ask for work fewer hours.

I enjoy the collaborative environment and the opportunity to work on innovative projects with talented individuals. Turing's focus on remote work also allows for flexibility and a diverse team, which enriches the overall experience.

While I appreciate the flexibility of remote work, it can sometimes lead to feelings of isolation. Additionally, occasional communication challenges can arise in a fully remote setup, making it important to be proactive in staying connected with the team.

The client I am working with is just awesome. I got the exposure that I was always seeking. This is a place where you get recognition by showcasing your talent. In my 8 years of experience, this is the only place I feel that has the best work life balance(just the way I need), the exposure as already mentioned is great and the culture is just awesome.

I have nothing to complain yet as its not been a year since I joined Turing but so far so good and hope it remains the same.

Interview scheduled through a third party company(e2einfoware.com) on BarRaiser. First screening call and the interview in BarRaiser was related to frontend, BUT BUT BUT at the end of the interview, he(interviewer) showed me the job description and I could not stop laughing, it was nothing related to FE, it was all about training the LLM with the dataset. It was such a waste of time. So be aware of such calls and ya if you are looking for a mock interview then its fine, go for it but dont keep high hopes
