While I appreciate the flexibility of remote work, it can sometimes lead to feelings of isolation. Additionally, occasional communication challenges can arise in a fully remote setup, making it important to be proactive in staying connected with the team.

The client I am working with is just awesome. I got the exposure that I was always seeking. This is a place where you get recognition by showcasing your talent. In my 8 years of experience, this is the only place I feel that has the best work life balance(just the way I need), the exposure as already mentioned is great and the culture is just awesome.

Dislikes

I have nothing to complain yet as its not been a year since I joined Turing but so far so good and hope it remains the same.

Nothing. They can lay you off without any warning and no help whatsoever

Dislikes

The management has no idea what needs to be done. They always show that they trust you but they can lay you off any day. Just before when the appraisal cycle is near.
