...ork 14 hours a day. Otherwise you'll be undergoing PIP(Performance improvement). PIP=NO salary Conclusion: If you want to ruin your career,life,self-respect, and self-confidence then you can blindly join this company. (They play extremely filthy Politics regarding salary and everything).

Nothing. One of the most toxic company. Government should take action against these type of companies.

...xic. Harrasment by management and manager. They will make you work like a slave. Salary slips are given only on the completion of one year. They will not provide experience letter. They demand money with GST tax when you ask for experience letter. They will increase your notice period when you resign. If you don't give them money. They will fail your background verification.

They don't have work and projects .. for freshers be careful to join this company. They hire 100 of students and tell that after 2 months training period you will get salary and final offer letter. But after 2 months they will fir all just keeping 2,3 employees. Basically it's scam . If They have 2 opening they will hire 100 people in the name of paid training but they don't pay and not even job for 98 people . Don't join this company

You will waste your 2 years. - They have hire and fire policy. - Didn't pay last 2 month salary. - Didn't completed FNF anfter leaving company. - They never allow to change the project even if you want. - All the time seniors are force to work on sat - sun. - And you have to work for evey last sat.

- If you get good project it's your luck - But most of the time you have to face lots of issues. - Naver join this company they will naver think before terminating people. - They will give silly reasons like Performance issue even after 2 years of service (even after working for same project for 2 years). - They have hire and fire policy. - I'll never suggest this company to my close ones. - Only few people are happy in that company because they are good at buttring of top managment.

...ke wrong decisions.your office time is 9 hr but you work 12 to 13 hr+ per a day. In officially saturday and sunday leave but you also work on this day without salary.
