Also salary is not at all proper there is always a difference in the salary almost 6000 which is deducted from my original salary.

4. Salary and benefits: Very poor salary structure. Even the incentive structure is also poor.
5. Irresponsible and uncooperative leads and higher authority: Manager and leads don't pickup calls. They don't even respond to messages after seeing it. Manager doesn't know how to manage employees and leaves
Overall, if you don't want to join hell, please don't join Ttec.

This company is a monster. They (Mr. Bharat and his HRs) are not upfront about their intentions of "hiring you at the least possible salary". They waste your time conduction interviews and tests, and in the end just before the offer letter is to be issued, they trap you in a situation of "take it or leave it" by changing all the terms and conditions in order to drastically reduce the salary.
I was well aware of the company politics that go on within this company, the opposite gender partiality of the male managers in terms of promotions and incentives but I couldn't imagine it was this degraded.
I already experienced this all even before joining the company, I can only wonder how filthy it could have been after joining the company.
Take my advice, as a fresher who doesn't understand cheap office politics and only intends to work with his best efforts and be rewarded for the same, DON NOT APPLY FOR THIS FRAUD COMPANY.

Additionally, I was shocked to learn that they provided an experience letter to an employee who was involved in inappropriate behavior towards female colleagues. This shows a serious lack of accountability. On the other hand, employees who faced issues related to coupon abuse or caste discrimination were not given the same consideration. It feels like casteism is at its peak here.
Another major issue is the management style. If you disagree with your manager, Mr. Pratik, they will find a way to push you out, regardless of your past performance. There seems to be a complete absence of ethics; he doesn’t think twice before jeopardizing someone's career. Overall, my experience at TTEC has been extremely negative, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

On time salary, quick promotion,their is work life balance.
Dislikes
In area of salary hike increment the policy should be more flexible. As increment is a area of opportunities.
And yearly increment policy needs to be changed as an employee joining in the month of January will have to wait for 1.5 yrs for his first increment which is very unfair so basically their should be 2 increment cycle or else the increment cycle should be as per joining date.
