Ttec is very good company for employees. I specially feel that. Secure job, good management, friendly culture..is too good 👍🏻. Team mate is supportive including team leaders supervisor.

Too many negative points even if you become late for 1 minute but they usually delay at salary time, incentives and other benefits for employees whereas they don't take single minute to give negative points to employees who become late for 1 minute, taking break for 46 minutes, the break timings is just 45 minutes...

Culture of the company. In ttec all are equallu treated from manager, supervisor to cce.I am learning so many new things. Training part is the best. Working is fun in ttec.

sometimes, we have to extend our shift due to work. Salary is good but growth opportunity is less.

The teammates have been excellent apart from it there's is no work life balance and you would be constantly bombarded with new set of rules which have no proper explanation.

Dislikes

Poor compensation and no form of transparency which they have been preaching so whole heartedly. HR acts like thr owner of the company and work even poorly than some of the government employees. They do not share complete rules and might misled you on number of occasions. The deductions are not explained properly.

This company is a monster. They (Mr. Bharat and his HRs) are not upfront about their intentions of "hiring you at the least possible salary". They waste your time conduction interviews and tests, and in the end just before the offer letter is to be issued, they trap you in a situation of "take it or leave it" by changing all the terms and conditions in order to drastically reduce the salary. I was well aware of the company politics that go on within this company, the opposite gender partiality of the male managers in terms of promotions and incentives but I couldn't imagine it was this degraded. I already experienced this all even before joining the company, I can only wonder how filthy it could have been after joining the company. Take my advice, as a fresher who doesn't understand cheap office politics and only intends to work with his best efforts and be rewarded for the same, DON NOT APPLY FOR THIS FRAUD COMPANY.
