...mmitment. No Matter what is the situation you are bound to meet your commitment. Salary on time in records. So if company give you salary on time it has right to ask / question you about your job to complete on time. You have to learn how to manage.

Dislikes

The new policy makers and their policy to show cost savings to the company. But they are not able to see the loss towards the employee. The company was grown fantastic without their policy and people were satisfied. But the new policy makers actually not care about loosing people who push the company where they came Into place.

Only travel internationally to generate business independent ly was the positive outcome.

Dislikes

Not a right place for serious career moves as office is run by internal politics. Company does not have any plans in place for employees work appreciations and hard work and honest goes unappreciated and judgements are made on people verdict.No job security.
