If someone are saying if you want to see good days you've to see bad days also. So you can start your bad days journey from here. Best company for those who wants to grow in sales. Highly recommended for freshers. No dress-code that's a plus, you can work comfortably here. With my experience I've got the best seniors managers (only regarding work). You'll get monthly RNR program to keep you motivated at work. And in every six months they plan a team outgoing to improve team bonding.

...not appraisal. If you want a good appraisal you have to be tail of your manager. As a BDS your monthly drawn salary is too low than the office boy or watchman working there. Just a normal call center who don't provide headphones. You have to reach min. 100+ prospect on daily basis to get 2 or maybe 4 leads. Your TL won't tell you the easy method to you they'll keep doing time pass and expect you to give result on daily basis to grow themselves not you. If you perform you'll not get credits but your TL and manager will as of Corse they're driving you. joining here is meant to be like you're going to do donkey work here. Don't see your future here you're far more capable than this one.

If you join as a fresher in b2b then the organization is good to go. As you can learn lot of things from managers as well as directors. Lots of campaigns they on board in TSL. So great opportunity to learn.

Apart from job security(debatable), there is nothing to be appreciated about this company.

Dislikes

From the work culture to the HR policies, everything is in the favor of the management with almost no benefits to the employees. The administration has some weird old-world mentality which can be difficult to reason with, it's a very toxic work environment to be in. This company should NOT be an ideal choice for someone looking to make a career while balancing mental peace, work-life balance & timely appraisals. I would recommend you to consider other options before beginning your career here.
