... is hybrid, but after a few months, they require permanent work from the office. They always promise a salary increase after one year, but it's a lie. Once you complete a year, HR claims you must have joined before August to be eligible for an increment. Saturdays and Sundays are also working days, but they allow work from home on these days, making the job hybrid only on weekends. If you're hardworking, you might need to join this company, as job security depends on your dedication on weekends. There are many hidden clauses in the HR policy, so never fully trust HR or the manager’s statements.

Dislikes

HR Called me for interview and 15 days later, they conducted the first round, two days after that, they informed me that I was selected for the last round. However after that they kept giving me excuses and now it's been a month with no further interview or any updates. They haven't rejected me. Whenever I ask they just say interviewer is on leave and interview will happen once they will return. This has been worst experience ever. Do not join this company. The HR representative was Surabhi Singh. The management should take a look at what's happening in the system. If they didn't want to onboard any new candidate they why the HR even call me at the first place.
