They don't have budget but still wasting the time of candidates. Gives false commitment and take 3 hours interview, post successful completion, they do offer same package as your previous company. Additionally, insult you with rejection after wasting your precious time. Happened twice with me. The worst recruiting experience with them. Person who joins them volunteerily leave the company within month and then again they will approach you and follow the same insulting and rejecting process. Don't waste your time. NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL. DONT TRUST

There is nothing to like about. When they get to know that you are not working they say they are giving competitive salary and after reaching to office they ask you to join at your previous salary.....and if you join as a BEF you don't have a life....they expect you to work at any time even Saturday and Sunday (without any shame & if you ignore they start giving job threat).... They like to create slave for themselves..... Worst thing is everything, you name it and it is there..... Please don't join this company even if you are at your lowest phase.

Each and every thing. Whether its from culture, time management, leadership, just name it everything. And CEO doesn't know which meeting to have or not ....and enjoy meeting room just because he can keep close eyes on employee and ask secretory to bring that girl.

No work is there but they hired lot of recruiters and fired. They can keep their tag line as “hire and fire” we need some requirements to work…to close one position 20members will work…is it fair??? They fired an entire team of 15+ member in one day and blame us that we have lack of performance. The thing is we don’t have enough requirements so they fired and blaming our performance.
