Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...ployee friendly. Only my immediate superior had helped a lot during my tenure. Salary is OK. DA is very low. Mediclaim is only for employee not for family.

1. Poor strategy without any market research. 2. SOPs are not field friendly. Trying to copy MNC culture but not its only superficial. 3. Very poor in employee engagement. 4. Flattery Culture. All people want to take credit for success and team is accountable for failures. 5. Management dictatorship. 6. Job insecurities-Any time transfer to take resignation by putting integrity remark. 7. No appreciation for good work/efforts. 8. Unprofessional behavior.
