Not for company. 3.Every where your promotion are depends on your senior or reporting boss. 4.Company management build and define their policy, if u work as per policy and sop then only come here. 5.From day 1 you start your work, all training u will get within ur work. No special training or proper handover, when u taken charge. 6.your degree Or expertise or interest of work has no means... Once you came to service, any work given to you according to situation. 7.Mouth appreciation very rare. You work and we pay policy. It may happen you got increment or promotion and next day they asked your resignation or Appology letter.
