The company pays salary in EMIs. The owner is Fraudsters. the company is fraudster. No safety for ladies . Worst company i have ever seen in my life. guys don't even think to join this fraudster company. The company don't have any HR policies.

... companys HR is just timepass. She has dont knowledge about recruitment process.(Each joined fresher's salary, increments, bond duration is different) Dont know owner terminates employees after 3 -4 months because of performance but not terminated HR after 4-5 years. In marathi there is one proverb which exactly matches to owner behaviour " निर्लज्यम सदासूखी ". In last previous 6 years companys employee strenth is not more than 10 consistent.

Joining the project training program the first two months of my salary benefit. It providee me practical knwoledge and allowed me to contribut on project. The stricture approach and mentorship heleped me integrate quickly and effective ly into the team.

DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY , U DONT GET SALARY FIRST YOU HAVE TO WORK FOR FREE FOR ONE MONTH THEN AFTER 2 MONTHS HE WILL GET PROJECT DONE FROM U AND TERMINATES EMPLOYEE. INSTEAD FIND BETTER COMPANY THAN THIS FRAUD OFFICE OF 3 EMPLYEE COUNT.

What do want like about this company? There is nothing. Very Toxic work culture.

..., don't share your lunch with them, no flexible time come to office at 9am go 6.30pm do extra work, he don't pay for extra work mostly extra work will more than 4 hour, and he don't respect your personal space he talks whatever he wants, and owner don't have manners how respects girls he jerk , if your fresher don't even think to joined here, work culture is toxic you can't even imagine, he uses your hard core skill and after that he throw you away like fly in coffee.
