Work-Life Balance is Virtually non-Existent. Employees are Expected to Work long Hours Without Adequate Compensation or Recognition. The Company Culture is Toxic, Fostering and Environment of office Policies and Favoritism. HR Policies are Outdated and Poorly Implemented Leading to Dissatisfaction and Frustration among the Workforce.
No Career Growth Opportunities, and Promotions seems to be based more on Favoritism than Merit. Training and Development program are Practically Non-Existent, Making it Difficult for Employees to Acquire new Skills or Advance Their Career within the Company.
Overall My Experience in this Company Has been Extremely Disappointing. I would Not Recommend this Company to Anyone looking for a Supportive Work Environment or Opportunities for Career Advancement.
The company pays salary in EMIs. The owner is Fraudsters. the company is fraudster. No safety for ladies . Worst company i have ever seen in my life. guys don't even think to join this fraudster company. The company don't have any HR policies.
