Overall it is a good experience in working with this company since last six months. Especially Culture, staff, management & skills development is a brighter sides of the company. Along with these one can expand their knowledge in the construction stone buildings and historical monuments i.e. Temples, Pagoda, Luxurious Hotels etc. It's an honor to hold a respected position in this company for my overall career growth.

Dislikes

...any progress. Company needs some strict actions at some point in the management. Salary part is poor part as it always becomes late. Overall company has good opportunities to reach at the top of the stone buildings construction industry, but need proper management in HR, Finance & Marketing.

I like company's monotony in marbles but due to lack of communication in top management, ruin it's value

...s: No Job roles are fixed Package varies person to person U can be fired at any time if your salary is above 50k Salary date is not fixed No HR rules are framed so ur salary can be deducted by many ways without intimation Completely LALA company Company is not safe for girls pls make sure before joining If you are not serious about your career then you can join this company

The company has good potential to become a top of it's industry but due to the poor management, progress of the company is not well.

Dislikes

There is a huge communication gap between either departments. Also senior management is not addressing every small problems. Salary and growth is average.
