Management is not transparent at some places. Some senior plays politics, So it results in decrement of the company progress. Company needs some strict actions at some point in the management. Salary part is poor part as it always becomes late. Overall company has good opportunities to reach at the top of the stone buildings construction industry, but need proper management in HR, Finance & Marketing....Read More

Work Details

This Job is quite interesting for me because I am having a personal interest in my Job profile. Temple Architecture and it's construction is my favorite subject. Company provides all the facilities, we requested. So it's brighter sides of the company.
