All staff supportive except Plant head and Director. Conveyance provide by company side. Canteen from company side. Every work is done there by process. This company good for fresher but not for experienced person.

Will mostly discuss in local language there and other state worker only watching him because they didn't understand the language. 10.They charge fine if product have minor defect which is occurring in hand molding of the product. 12.If anyone join there he will quit the job in 2-3 month.
