In triotree there is a lot of politics between seniors and that creates a mess for junior employees. I worked there for a year almost and that was very horrible for me they did not give you the expenses you did at the client projects and they do not credit your PF & Funds mine 4 month PF is still in progress and 7000 rupees of reimbursement which is still unpaid. They pressurise employees to go to client but there is no facility of food and a decent stay. Also managers denied to talk and they do not even reply to the mails. I request not to join such a company in which there no proper functioning of any thing no one is concerned about the employees. At the projects you have to be awake whole day and night and work without any break but at the time of reimbursement they denies to pay your expenses.

Work Culture Issues: A potentially negative or toxic atmosphere at the company. Employee Workload: Employees may be overburdened with tasks, leading to burnout. Weekend Work: Employees may be required to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), affecting work-life balance. Senior Employee Behavior: Possible misconduct or negative behavior from senior employees that is contributing to the problem. Problems with Communication: There may be issues with how senior employees interact with or manage other employees, causing frustration or inefficiency. To improve these issues, here are a few potential steps: Work-Life Balance: Ensure that employees have the option to take weekends off unless absolutely necessary. Encourage regular breaks to reduce burnout. Management Training: Offer training for senior employees to improve leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Employee Feedback: Create a feedback mechanism (such as anonymous surveys) to understand employees' concerns and suggestions for improvement. Clear Expectations and Boundaries: Establish clear work expectations, including realistic workload limits and work hours. Recognition and Support: Recognize the contributions of employees and provide appropriate support to help manage workloads. If you're part of the company or managing the team, implementing these changes may help foster a healthier, more productive work environment. After left the company not disclose account employee and not dsc verified pf account
