Hiring on Contract basis. Growth , Expenses , salary/appraisal depend on client. company can't do anything only manage the salary.

... with the mail stating that my LWD at trigent(so in ABC) would be 30th April. After 30th April around 5 of May trigent HR called me and said we can not pay you salary till 30th because client is not paying it to us so you have to bear it. I did so many rounds of phone and email conversations but they never helped me stating that we can not take on our client hence we are helpless in your case. I gave up after one month.

Worst company I saw ever .... Not paid retention bonus .... Once you relieved that treat you as dog .... They only will talk you must listen .... Worst managers who will check for delivery time lines but not for code quality .... I believe 99% of whole developers are very cheap coders .... They don't know even what is CI CD ...

Work life balance and good pay

Dislikes

No job securities, you will be deployed immediately to client’s project, once the project ends or gives you roll off your service also gets terminated with Trigent. With me I got roll off after 4 months of work. Basically it is a contract to basis role even though they will say that you are a permanent employee with Trigent. So be careful.
