Toxic hr department they have demand document in every week and if you not given them you are fired from organisation
No rewards to real heros.. Actual core staff is suffering with lack of resources and unnecessary boundations of so called policies..
No relevance of study experience and current role profile.. even mechanical person can work as dyeing manager, Dyeing manager will be forced to work in Spinning..
Handsome salary a lot of opportunities for yoong brain and leaders. Worst thing is your job is not that much secured and salary disbursement is not fixed. Lacks in basic systems related to IT and HR.

Nothing, just that pay is decent but only in the starting. No yearly appraisals, only raise you going to get is when you get a promotion. That's also difficult to get if you are hard working, if you're good at licking boots then this is the right organisation for you.
Typical Lala company, living in 1980's. The chairman thinks he owns everyone and you might get physically assaulted and beaten up. No skill growth, no clear job roles & responsibilities. A significant part of day is spent in playing the blame game and saving own self.
If you're lucky your manager might save you from all this, but that's very rare.
Zero job security, anyone can get fired and beaten up at any time, it can be an operator or a plant head.
HR department is a joke, just a puppet of Lala.
