The organization works in a very unorganized way. There's no provision of yearly fixed increments, or performance based increments. In facts, increments that mostly occur are more of "lottery system" or "flattery system" based. The HR Team doesn't reflect any work ethics and doesn't provide a candidate with the best suited department. Non alignment of job role at Trident Group and previous education, work experience is the biggest set back of their HR Team. I, being an Economics Graduate got into Trident through its yearly Takshaishila Program post which I was placed in New Material Development Department for Home Textiles where my role was to create material codes for the new developed product. This job required the in-depth knowledge of Textiles and is best suited for candidates with their B.Tech in Textile Engineering. I had a real hard time with literally fighting with the HR Team to place me in department which would best suit my profile,

They offer more salary then what is being offered in the market to attract good employees and then the employee gets stuck in there pathetic work culture and starts looking for a better opportunity immediately after joining the company.

Zero job security Zero growth There is no fixed date for receiving the salary. Salary is credited after 15th of the next month. There is no professional. Employees, manager, HR lacks basic communication etiquettes and their behavior is very rude and unprofessional. Timings are very strict. If you are late even by one second you will lose your half day salary. If you forgot to mark your leave on the same day you will lose your entire day's salary. Taking any kind of leave is a significant challenge. Even if you're sick, your manager may still expect you to come to the office. Planning a leave a month in advance doesn't help either, as you'll likely face criticism because most people don’t take leaves, even when unwell. The work culture is borderline inhumane and toxic, with unreasonable expectations that are nearly impossible to meet. The entire promotion system lacks transparency, and growth is often granted based on favoritism or when an employee decides to resign, rather than on merit. The work culture is extremely toxic, and you will waste your time and energy navigating office politics and constantly changing policies. Your job profile may even be changed without your consent.
