Nothing, just that pay is decent but only in the starting. No yearly appraisals, only raise you going to get is when you get a promotion. That's also difficult to get if you are hard working, if you're good at licking boots then this is the right organisation for you.

Dislikes

Typical Lala company, living in 1980's. The chairman thinks he owns everyone and you might get physically assaulted and beaten up. No skill growth, no clear job roles & responsibilities. A significant part of day is spent in playing the blame game and saving own self. If you're lucky your manager might save you from all this, but that's very rare. Zero job security, anyone can get fired and beaten up at any time, it can be an operator or a plant head. HR department is a joke, just a puppet of Lala.

Only salary package but that too received around 2 months late

Everything 1. Work culture 3. No rectification of data entries 4. Work under depression 5. No sleep due to work pressure 7. All leaders are servants of chairman 8. Only single rule and guidelines followed set by Chairman

Good organisation for learning and development in textile industry. Good salaries to freshers and experienced employees.

...k life balance if you are working here as they follow the policy of 1-2-3 ie. One employee will get salary equivalent to two employees and work will be given equivalent to three employees.

Unprofessional company, unethical practices by but providing salary on time, delaying mandatory components of salary, no clear exit policies, no experience certificate, biased approach

If you like to work on lethargic environment everyone without learning but a good salary without any future prospects or security it is a good job.

It's like , a whole organisation works as per a single person's mood and gets fired when he has mood swings, here machines are more trustworthy and valuable than humans. If anyone can refer to slavery in the textile industry, you will experience morden slavery here. It's very easy to become a slave here get your brain washed by both terror of being fired and perks of getting easy promotion by simply becoming their slave
