Hello Job Seekers: This company has a worst culture and process - read the below points carefully before joining. Politics - Full of politics from Associate to Vice President Level. Job Security - Anyone or Any Level of Employee can be terminated on the SPOT * **HRs - The HRs are only hired for monitoring Social Media Review and Employee Layoffs - No other work for HRs. They will call you and informs 3 Hours before saying "Today is your last working day" - please return the laptop at office. ***Growth - a 8 years candidate becomes PMO Head and dictates to Vice Presidents (25 Years experience) to take notes on CEO meetings - Because CEO believes that English communication can run the company rather than Technology. *** An Architect who failed to deliver the basic migration project of GEHC - gets double promotion and survives with CEO Blessings as Political Expert. ****Promotion - Only the candidates who are playing well politics recognized and gets double/tiple promotions and continues in the organization - No value for potential candidates.

Trianz retained me when I wanted to leave only to pay me without work for 8 months and then let me go .. as they didn’t had any work for me ever, after my 1st project.

Good for Freshers 6.Company policy is good and their growth is remarkable in cloud projects 7. WFH Allowance and Internet allowance 8. We can learn a lot of technical knowledge in project which will surely help throughout our career

1. Lot of issues with top leads like architects, delivery managers 2. They are failing to track project progress (no kanban no jira access only they are following excels) 3. Inability to get what the team wants from clients 4. Work life balance is horrible 5. No benefits/incentive if you work on weekends/extra hours up on project demand 6. No Transparency (team members like developers can't eligible in client meetings to discuss their requirements) 7. lot of work pressure which affects employee health especially for developers and QA Teams 8. No awards if you contribute the best towards project due to lot of lead politics 9.Arragont leads (not all only few) 10. 12+ hours of working 11. Med insurance is not that good 12. Worst cafeteria 13. Lot to improve interms of infrastructure
