Timing is pathetic.my average working our 13hour in Z254. Only one department manager I was there. Store manager is not available all time I have seen in 2 yrs So I have more pressure Posh policy is not good, all time boys are servibe, girls fault not seen by team,boys given resign by forcefully of posh team all time

New people with no experience get more package but the internal people who are giving their best never get that respective package growth. No doubt for great learnings & you also get to explore what an individual interest is but the growth is very slow

Working hours. Behaviour of seniors. There is no job security if store manager and area manager don't like you then whatever hard work, smart work you will do they will torture you. And they will continiusly threat you that "Confirmation nehi dunga, terminate karunga"

Hitlergiri, Politics , Old Employee In Gujarat Managment old emloyee and Muslim Employee no respect managemnet specially target and make pressure and finally employee demotivete , employee have no any way to source income that reason employee not able to balance personal life and profetional

Salary not increase, work load, No field of experience, managers behaviour not good. Not giving holiday on Saturday. They don't give also work from home not available.
