But management is poor store manager to hr side....Not supported working people...more then 12 hours duty but pay for 8hours pay...this is store manager policy

Those who are honest towards their work this is the best company for them to work. Very less work politics ample of opportunities for all hard working employees and the most important your job is secure till you don't indulge yourself in integrity issue.

Pay package since there is huge difference in salary for same designation but there are many benifits which compensate this drawback

...nvironment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is partiality. If there is a target was not achieve, than they give a punishment for work extra time.
