1. Salary benefits are low as per industry standard. 2. HR are irresponsible. Latterly you have to beg for your FNF, from HR to senior management still they will not respond to you until you take a legal action.

Firstly, They will hire you for the developer's position but don't be surprised if you end up doing SVN merging of different taglines and support-related work. There is nothing that you will new by joining this company. For all freshers who want to learn and grow in their career do not join this company.

Zero work-life balance. Overtime work. No compensation for overtime work. You will be exploited by the sweet words of the managers. No new technology to learn.

There is no learning, you will downgrade your skills and experience, if you are working here. There is different roles and responsibilities, which is not matched your Job profile even didn't discuss during the interview. Seems they need senior candidates and giving work like freshers.
