Good exposure for the freshers. They can get a lot to learn and more chances to develop their thinking abilities

Dislikes

No variable pay will be given for the overtime work. Work life balance won't be good for manager positions. Get a good chance to grow for L1 and L2. From L3 the work will get more harder. You won't get tym to learn new things being in a project, but you are expected to do multitasking.

I can list whole essay here so in short very poor management, pure lala company. Managers act like god fathers of the company if they have a thought to throw you out they will vome up with excuse that you are no productive or no proactive, same happened with 3 more people of my team they were thrown out the same way, whether you reach senior manager or director or senior HR its completely useless. Whatever documents or emails of contributions you provide as your hardwork and proof, they care nothing, its useless to join here and spoil you life working 12 hours a day. Stay away from HR who so ever is calling you with job offer. This is a fake company. They portray you different image and culture before joining but the story is completely different, toxic people.
