Actually if I say there is nothing that I like in Traya. Its just they give good salary, but apart from money a person need peace of mind also.

Lot of people told me about Traya’s toxic culture, but I thought to give it a try. And I completely made the wrong choice. One manager named “Zahra Lokhandwala” this female really dont know how to talk to employees. Having some shares in company she thinks she owns it completely. She always support her favourite people give them promotion. There is no value of persons experience or knowledge. People get promoted even when they know nothing about customer experience and people management. And the best part they will make people work extra without paying overtime. Also, they go against labour law and make people work more than 6days a week. Recently they had sale day in which they made people work for 10-11hrs for 3days without giving them OT and maximum people even worked for more than 9days in stretch. And all this was instructed by so called CS Lead “Zahra Lokhandwala”, she keeps throwing her attitude on people. If she dont like someone she demote them from their position and put them on calls. Which no company does, other company put leaders on PIP and give time to improve performance, but Miss Zahra do the other way round. Some A** L****r always behind her and she enjoys that a lot. So, guys if you thinking to join Traya then please dont.

...you need any good position just be her pet and you’ll grow great paths in Traya. No official system followed to even weigh someone’s merit before giving them any position or pay structure and the worst part being no one even questions this ill structured process. So anyone joining Zahra’s team , just become her favourite and you’ll have a career full of growth without any questions placed or even merits checked

The only good aspect of working in this company is salary.

Dislikes

Everything is a mess, if you want to be a part of the toxic culture, and ruin your mental peace, join this company. This company is run on high levels of favoritisms and dictatorship, the HR team is full of arrogance and bad attitude with inexperience folks. Management doesn't know what is happening on the floor. Skip this company to keep a sound mental health.

Worst than a BPO. The company post fake reviews of their own employee. Representing as Customer You can see the videos on their YouTube. Things change every month because of new trainers, quality analysis is worst. Even when the customer are satisfied. Still they will cut down quality score leading to hold on increment. Since a year i have been noticing that the more you sugar coat the seniors the more increment you will get. HR will not support you. Not recommended.

...remely brainless and dumb top management with pathetic leaders right at the top. The ironic bluff of the organisation is that they hire 18-19 year old kids for a lucrative salary of 12-13k and give them a designation of hair coaches. These kids have next to zero knowledge of the products they offer, their usages & allergies they bring along. Poor customer feels they are speaking to a medically trained & certified hair coach but the sad truth is every coach they speak to is telecaller or someone with a BPO background. > The way they promote culture building clearly justifies the saying "The darker one is on the inside, the more fair one wants to appear on the outside." > People get exited under ZTP and get rehired just because they've written emails to the Co-founders of the company begging to be rehired and the co-founders who don't have a spine to face criticism gladly welcome them back. > Zahra Lokhandwala, who happens to be the first employee of the organisation or ironically heads the CX & Quality has to be biggest liability for the company. Has to be the core and root of having dirty politics and having people who collect their zepto/zomato orders to become their pets & get promoted within snap of fingers. > The top most people in the company are barely approachable and are having 100% rights to criticize and interrogate when the numbers are poor & zero responsibilities to appreciate when achieved. > The founders fake the story of Altaf trying multiple treatments just to give a storyline to the reason behind the start of this company is utter nonsense & bogus. Even a 60 year old uncle will have lesser grey to white hair as compared to Altaf who is in his early to mid thirties. > People working here consider office nothing less than as a garden or the beaches of Goa where they can come and go at their own will in shorts/track pants/sandos/swimming costume. PS: Even the co-founders roam around the office in trackpants. > Hair coach hiring happens like a truck fully loaded with goats and sheep.

Sadly there's literally nothing to say about what one likes about working at Traya. The amount of bugging they do to the customers who opt for their products is extremely annoying. None of the customers like to be traumatised to this extend just to ensure they carry on using their regime even if their hair is regrown marketing as if they stop the regime and routine they will end up being bald again.
