...ast, this is the first company I came across where it truly feels like a family. Treated well, on time salary and incentives, great management and very much employee centric organization. Flexibility with offs whenever asked. I love working at Travelounce and find no reason why I shouldn't be committed to this place

Nothing much. Outdoor Parties are little less than often otherwise there are fun friday activities by the ER team and festival get togethers.

I like nothing about this company . They will treat you so well in 1st week and thn they treat u so bad and dont pay you . Avoid guys

...e is changing job and finding other and all employees crying for salaries here . If they cant pay salary how can they pay incentives . Avoid this scam company

See I have worked with majority of companies in travel but never felt security of job but here I found it and I love working here and additional management is good and act as a friend always with you . I have heard HR can't be friends but I was wrong here we got 3 people working in HR and they all are always helping and makes you feel cheerful always. And operation team is fantastic manager is awesome and I love to work. Overall a good company to stay for long !!

Travelounce offers a challenging work environment that pushes the employee to excel. The company values innovation and values hard work. Workload can be overwhelming at times but I take it as stepping stone for improvement.

Dislikes

When the allure of the bright side outshines the shadow of the dark side, the latter loses its claim to being truly dark.
