It's not a company. Management wants employees to forcefully do the job. Majority of Management is been run by the family. Lot of politics with employees.

Travelounce offers a challenging work environment that pushes the employee to excel. The company values innovation and values hard work. Workload can be overwhelming at times but I take it as stepping stone for improvement.

When the allure of the bright side outshines the shadow of the dark side, the latter loses its claim to being truly dark.

I joined as a fresher at Travelounce and will be completing a year. It's a nice place to work. One can learn, work and implement ideas well. Being the youngest person in the team, everyone has been supportive in enhancing my skills.

I have seen this company grow from scratch. If you stick around, and work hard, this company makes you feel most valuable. They judge you initially but once you have shown your work, they treat you extremely well. I have not seen any company where the directors are too open for feedback and always asking if there are any concerns. They treat you so well and gives a lot of importance. There is a list of dislikes:- 1) Company Politics 2) Management don't trust their employees 3) If you are in the marketing team then you don't get respect. 4) Management doesn't know anything about Marketing but they want results (Calls from organic marketing) 5) If you want to do any experiment then they want the result in 1 week only. 6) They will F* up with your mental health not only this they will not release you easily after your resignation. 7) They have hired their family or friends in almost every department. 8) The so-called MD can't stand on his words.
