I love the place a lot.

Tranxit has a nice Work Culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and the employees are appreciated for their work. They have lots of Employee- Friendly policies and initiatives from the HR department. The infrastructure is also great, all the necessities are well developed and organized, along with employee's safety arrangements. Apart from this, there are several other good points,I have mentioned only the good ones.

The Workplace would be more fun if the HR department introduced some activities at the office.

It's been two years since I joined Tranxit Technologies . Never a day passes without learning about a new topic. Our group lead always encourages and pushes us to explore trending marketing ideas in the industry every passing day. We are learning together, and it is the best thing about working here at Tranxit. Also, we are mainly focused on producing more quality work at a specified time. Tranxit is a place where you can learn,develop your skills ,and grow together with it .

The best part about working at Tranxit is you can never seize to learn here. The organization encourages knowledge sharing to a great extent,and we conduct team meetings once or twice a week to share the new learnings that we have acquired with the team. This helps us to keep ourselves updated about the latest happenings in the industry.Also,our work is more quality-oriented rather than target-oriented. At times , when we are stressed and caught up with writer's block,we are given ample time to relax and refresh ourselves.

I joined as an intern in the organization, and became a full-time employee after the completion of my internship period. The senior persons in Tranxit are amiable and helped me learn everything about digital marketing . They gave me space to learn and implement the learnings in the work I do. I an forever grateful to the organization for letting me build a strong foundation for my career.

It would be great if they can conduct fun activities weekly rather than holding it once a month.
