Tranxit has a nice Work Culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and the employees are appreciated for their work. They have lots of Employee- Friendly policies and initiatives from the HR department. Tranxit is an amazing place to work at. You will be put in a small team as that is the work culture here. But even if you are in a small team your tends to have a much larger impact on the overall result of the company. You will get no work pressure yet you will be working on several challenging projects. That is he level of efficiency of your seniors or managers at work. They take care of you and address you in a professional manner. There is no dress code so people can have the freedom to dress to their personal wishes.
