I am extremely disappointed with the senior managers of GFSS department at this company. They consistently dispaly a lack of leadership skills, communication, & decision making abilities. They seem to be more concerned with their own personal agenda & ego than the sucess of the team. They fails to provide clear direction & support, often leaving employees feelings lost & unsupported. Seems they have behavioural issues. Oveall, I would not recommend working under the leadership of these senior managers in Transunion GFSS department.

Only good for a year, after that work is repetitive and you will get bored. Ambitious people should avoid this company

Repetitive work, Management don't have time to review your model Salary hike is low

-Salary on time -there are many benefits given to you by Transunion but nothing is received by user end

Dislikes

No work life balance.. people are working for 14 hours per day. Manager and senior manager have a cheap mind set to bring out slavery in a corporate. Toxic environment to work.

Likes

Work culture and flexible time, people are good and supportive, Leaves can be encashed, not sure about hikes and bonus payouts. Sterling Holliday vouchers.

Dislikes

They have a bonus component in your CTC and have no option to dis-avail the same and payout is not 100% as well.

Work life balance Good pay but budget declined in 2024.

Dislikes

Slow Cluster. Outdated tech. Low appraisals. Started with some micromanagement No food. Bad health insurance. The amount is good but they put sublimits in OPD, virtually making it ineffective.
