Good work environment and culture..Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.. company HR policies are very good appraisals are fair and they give good bonus too..

...e on Sunday also..no matter company pays you overtime but this could be hectic..salary is decent but growth is constan here.

Work culture is good but food quality need to improve and verify by HR daily wise . Company management is awesome, but need to improve one to one feedback by HR on floor by team.

No bonus get it till now after 3 years and company share its the product per year for free of cost advertising

The company is open to innovaTion and readliy adoots latest technology. Team work is very strog and we can easily to achieve the target. Very good motivation by the seniors.

Compensation is decent, but i feel career growth is very not possible. Many times work pressure is very high because target has to very high but achievement time low. Lunch and dinner food quality are poor and 5s is zero no any one care for this matter. Long time continue working no any one break. One important thing employees safety is very poor because medical treatment not enough in the company.

Initially when company started everything was good, but slowly it became Top driven companies. Only few people dictate terms , people sitting in HQ are God's, people generating revenue are given no importance.

Lack of Communication, Unfair Pay No Job Security Under Appreciation Favoritism Overworked Micromanagement Incompetent Managers No Opportunity for Advancement Overbearing Boss
